Peavey Classic 30 work

* Finished working on a Peavey Classic 30
Recapped the lytic caps, as it was horribly worked before with radial instead of axial caps, some weird additions with an off-board cap and whatnot...most caps were out of spec, and there was a lot of tarnish in the jacks and speaker connectors. Redid a lot of solder joints and corrected some lifted tracks as well. I do suspect this will come back though as this might have some intermittence issues, which is from that crappy design of those 3 boards being interconnected with solid core wire (it breaks easily from shock and can actually be broken and not seen , touching/not touching on the fracture).
